Why use 3D printing and mixed medium instead of other processes?
Simply, 3d printing allows me the greatest flexibility when it comes to meeting a customer's individual needs and requests that other processes, like resin casting or injection molding, cannot adjust to quicklly.
What materials are used?
Unless otherwise stated all of my designs use the following.
- For resin I use a PLA Plus+, it has more durability than standard PLA and more flexibility than ABS plastic allowing parts to be both rigid and drop/shock resistant.
- EVA foam is used in some pieces to reduce weight or for components that need added flexibility.
- All wood handles are made of hardwood stock, mostly oak, and are treated with wood hardener and layers of laquer to further reinforce them.
- Handle wraps are made of genuine leather that I source from a local seller. I also use scrap leather, when possible, to reduce wasted materials.
- All the paints I use are acrylic based and are contaminant free.
Packaging and Shipping
What's processing time?
Each prop or piece is handmade to order to allow customers to freely customize their orders. The processing time is how long it takes to produce each order and can vary slightly based on order volume.
What's in the box?
Your package will contain the item(s) you have ordered, A copy of the proof of purchase, a copy of the work order, a copy of the quality checklist and a business card. Orders with multiple items will have each item packaged separately to ensure they arrive safely.
Commissions and Custom Work
What is a commission?
If you like what I do and want something that I do not offer in my shop or want an entirely unique original piece, then that would be a commission.
How do I commission you?
That’s easy, fill out the commission request form and I will reach out to you via email.
What's custom work?
Custom work is a request to modify an existing design with something you want. This would not be an entirely new design so it would not fall under a commission but somewhere in between.
For custom work you can simply fill out an email with the subject <[item name] [sku] custom request]> and we can work out how to make what you’re looking for.

Commission and custom work inquiries are free.
Turnaround time will be on a per-customer basis and will depend on the level of complexity of the request and current workload.
